This is one of Herrmann's Lippizan stallions in the crossties at Freedom Ride just before a fund raising performance. I loved his wavy mane and tail with his head turned just enough to look back at me as if he were saying "Yes, I am lovely and ready to perform." I took this reference picture while sitting on a bench in the shade. The horses pulled up almost in front of me to also take a break from pulling tourists around the beautiful walled-in city of Rothenberg ob der Tauber."
